北京莱福赛斯医学研究院有限公司是元康国际医疗集团有限公司的控股子公司。元康国际医疗集团创立于2004年，总部位于香港。集团旗下控股和参股企业十余家，业务涵盖医药研发、制造、商业销售、移动医疗等领域。其参控股的研发企业有北京莱福赛斯医学研究院有限公司、北京爱力佳医药科技有限公司和宁夏元康医药新技术有限公司，制药企业有宁夏康亚药业有限公司、康而福药业有限公司，以及主营处方药策划和推广的商业企业北京元康福瑞医药科技开发有限公司。目前公司成立了医事无忧（北京）网络技术有限责任公司，全面进入互联网医疗与健康管理领域。

Beijing Life Science is one of subsidiaries of Yuankang International Medical Group Limited Company (YuangKang), which was established at Hong Kong in 2004 and his business involved in pharmaceutical research and development, manufacturing, sales and mobile medicine. The other equity participation companies in YuanKang include Beijing Alica Pharmaceutical Sci-Tech Co., Ltd; Yuankang of Ningxia Pharmaceutical Sci-Tech Co., Ltd; Kangya of Ningxia Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd; Beijing Kangerfu pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yuan Kang Furui Pharmaceutical Technology Development Co.,Ltd. Yuan Kang Furui is the one within them who is especially good at promoting the market of Rx drug in China. Moreover, Yuan Kang established (Beijing) Network Technology Co.,Ltd, who targets on entering the realm of internet medicine and health management productions.
Beijing Life Science was found by several enterprisers. Most of them are from one of the most famous business college in China, called Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). Life Science also has a group of young, experienced, and advanced management elites, supported by research scientists and reputable doctors in hospitals. Furthermore, Beijing Life Science has a good relationship with Registration Authority in China, which shows the ability to achieve product registration with local governmental health authorities. Life Science aimed to introduce effective, mature and advanced products to Chinese consumers. Currently, we focus on otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, Gynecology and Urology. Also, Life Science is focusing on translational study of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. The R & D lab at Life Science build a foundation for new drug discovery on cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
